She worked quickly and efficiently to process the needed support documents and tracked the progress of the closing and beyond. She did the work in about 1/2 of the time estimated when we began the application.

As a first time homebuyer, the process of obtaining financing scared me and felt overwhelming. I felt as though I’d never be able to afford a home of my own. I suppose I don't really know how to say this any other way but these people will help you. If you think you're a "millennial" or there is no way you could possibly afford a home I would call Julie immediately she will make it happen as long as you have your paperwork in order! they are great people to work with, they listen to your problems and remain professional it's more than just speaking to a robot or a professional that you pay to help you when you are working with heritage bank they are there for the whole thing I will be for sure be asking in the future for any other help with loan properties or buying/selling a home. Please take this review seriously these people know what they're doing they will remind you not to be stressed have faith in the process and they stay on top of everything. you too can live the American dream and become a homeowner I thought it was impossible until now. I am so happy.

I recently had fraud on my card. Heritage was very quick to close my card, issue a new one, and give me a credit for monies lost until the fraud dispute was complete.

Very helpful and great communication! Teresa made our first time home buying experience quick and easy. I was given knowledge and answers to questions when needed. I never felt like I couldn’t rely on her at anytime if I had any concerns! Her eagerness to help us was very helpful and great!

I don't usually reach out this way, but I felt compelled to do so after my last experience working with Julie Velline. We have worked with Julie in the past with the purchase of our home in 2019. She was then and always since then has been a tremendous help with every question I have ever contacted her with. She always answers in a quick and timely manner. Always professional always a pleasure to communicate with. This time she went over and beyond with her customer service she has to be the most understanding, caring, intelligent, human being I have ever had the pleasure of working with. To give you just a little insight to how wonderful this person is we were starting a home equity loan at the beginning of September. And of course I contacted Julie for her assistance in the matter. Well shortly after I contacted her there were some traumatic events that occurred to do with my family. One of which was the death of my mother needless to say I was a mess. And with all the paperwork and everything I was constantly calling and texting her not knowing what certain documents look like, how to send them, ect.. My emotional state was abit erratic to say the least. But with her patience and caring and understanding heart. She got us threw the process in a timely manner. She always remained professional. But truly knew she also cared. I will refer everyone I know to her as a lender. And I will always go to her for any of our family business. Thank you for your time in reading this.
