I have been very happy with the costumer service so far. Originally signed up with them because of the 3% return they were offering on checking accounts (which was the best thing I've ever seen a bank do), really hoping they can bring that back again soon.

Been banking with them since 2018, never had any issues. The mobile deposit has always worked flawlessly but I was really impressed by their office in Sioux Falls the one time that I had a reason to visit in person. Phone support has always been friendly and helpful when I had questions. The interest rates used to be amazing on their eCentive account, not so much anymore but still better than most. Overall, a good bank.
