As part of our continued efforts to protect you and your private information, we've strengthened the requirements of our online banking passwords to better protect your account from potential fraud. If your password does not meet our new requirements (8-16 characters, including at least one alpha, one numeric and one special character), please take a moment to update it.
Online Banking - Go to Options at the top of the screen and select Change Password.
Mobile Banking Users - You cannot change your password within our app. Please log into Online Banking from our web site, go to Options at the top of the screen and select Change Password.
Business Online Banking - If you use a security token to log in you don't need to change your password at this time.
If you have not changed your password in the last 12 months, even if it already meets the new requirements, you'll be prompted to change your password.
