Enthusiasm and experience work hand in hand for Jean Marthaler.
[WILLMAR, MN] – Heritage Bank N.A. is proud to announce the addition of Jean Marthaler of Sauk Centre to the Business Banking Team as a Business Relationship Manager.
Marthaler will focus on building relationships with businesses in central Minnesota. “Jean is introducing Heritage Bank to a broad territory,” Minnesota Market President Ross Magnuson said. “She is excited about what we can offer [as a bank] and wants to spread the word!”
As a Business Relationship Manager in our unique Team of Three sales approach, Marthaler is partnered with a Credit Manager and Business Associate. Marthaler will lead the development and growth of client relationships with the support of a full team for every client. “She brings a good understanding of business needs in central Minnesota,” Magnuson said. “And her strong commitment to finding a solution for all business types is a great fit for Heritage Bank.”
Heritage Bank has $400 million in assets at 12 offices and is committed to expand its presence in the Minnesota market. “Our objective is to continue growth of new commercial loans and I believe central Minnesota will be a major part of it,” Heritage Bank CEO Tom Geiger said. “We’ll continue to be a community partner and focus on serving mid-sized businesses.”
Marthaler has a degree from St. Cloud State University. She and her husband, Todd, currently live in Sauk Centre where she is involved in the Sauk Centre Economic Development Association, St. Paul’s Church finance committee and is a member of the Parent Advisory Council of her children’s school. Jean is looking forward to moving her family to Kandiyohi County and is developing local affiliations with the Willmar Lakes Area Chamber, Economic Development Commission and United Way of West Central Minnesota.
