We also highlight steps they can take to better position themselves for future growth or debt. Many customers have expressed, ‘Wow, a bank has never explained that to me before.’ They often ask, ‘If I do these things and come back to you, can I work with you?’ This illustrates what it means to be a trusted advisor.” – Robert Mathiasen
