Heritage Bank is preparing for spring by strengthening, filling out Ag Team
Heritage Bank N.A. welcomes Susan Brugger, a lender with a rich history in the ag industry. Ms. Brugger joins our team as an Ag Relationship Manager.
Brugger is working with farm clients in central Minnesota. “Susan’s professional history with lending and insurance, partnered with her hands-on experience on the family farm makes her invaluable,” Market President Ross Magnuson said. “She has firsthand knowledge of what a farmer needs and, with Heritage Bank, she has the resources to offer that to our farmers.”

As an Ag Relationship Manager in our unique Team of Three approach, Brugger and Crowley will partner in the development and growth of ag client relationships with the support of a team of Portfolio Managers and Business Associates. “Our team approach allows Susan the opportunity to be out meeting with farmers, while the internal processes are being managed by professionals within the bank.” Magnuson said. “Building relationships is really key and we do that on a foundation of accuracy, efficiency and professionalism.”
Brugger, her husband, Mike, and their children are preparing to become residents of Kandiyohi County this spring. In her free time, Brugger stays busy working on the family dairy farm, and enjoys do-it-yourself home projects and showing dairy cattle at local fairs.
