JOB TITLE: Customer Specialist
LOCATION: Willmar, MN
DEPARTMENT: Retail Banking
To assist in the growth and profitability of Heritage Bank by presenting a friendly and professional image to everyone who comes into the bank.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greets all customers in a friendly and professional manner. Determines nature of business and directs customers to the appropriate destination.
- Coordinate Lobby traffic by making sure everyone in the Bank lobby is being assisted in a timely manner. Calls other bank personnel for assistance, as needed.
- Performs clerical duties, including scheduling appointments, filing and computer data entry as assigned.
- Maintain Lobby appearance with light housekeeping duties including, but not limited to, dusting, stocking lobby supplies, carpet sweeping, etc.
- Monitor Bank supplies.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years Customer Service experience
- Banking experience is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and Bank employees using technology
- Professional, courteous, friendly, confident and outgoing personality
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to Stand for long periods of time
- Able to make decisions quickly
- Flexible working schedule
