There are still several ways to access your money. Heritage Bank wants to make it as easy as possible for you to get money securely in and out of your accounts. Whether you are depositing funds into an account or transferring funds to another, we can help you through the steps! We offer an option that’s sure to work for you.
1. Depositing Money INTO your account
There are several ways you can make unlimited deposits to your Heritage Bank accounts.
In addition to making deposits in person at any of our Heritage Bank locations, we have several other convenient options to suit your needs.
Deposit by Online Banking or Mobile App
Transfer funds between your Heritage Bank accounts at your convenience using online banking or our mobile app. Using TransferNow, our bank-to-bank transfer service, you can transfer money to and from your accounts at other banks. Deposit checks from anywhere with Mobile Deposit using your smart phone or other mobile device. Popmoney in Online banking, allows the transfer of money directly into your account usually within one to three businesses days, regardless of where you bank.
Deposit by Mail
If you would like to send a check by mail to any Heritage Bank location, make sure checks are properly endorsed on the back with For Deposit Only and the signatures of all payees. Please do not send cash though the mail.
Deposit by Direct Deposit
If your employer has the capabilities, direct deposit is a convenient way to have your payroll check deposited into your Heritage Bank account.
Deposit at our Hybrid ATM
Our Hybrid ATMs accept cash and check deposits 24 hours a day. Get started with your debit card and follow the prompts on the screen or select the “Request Teller Assistance” button to get help with your deposit from our friendly and helpful staff Monday – Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. to noon.
Deposit by Wire Transfer
Wire transfers are also available which is especially nice for larger dollar amounts. To receive money by wire, simply provide the other bank with your Heritage Bank account number and our routing number – 091914710.
2. Getting Money OUT of your account
Need quick access to your money? We have several options for your convenience.
While you have acccess to withdraw funds in person at any of our Heritage Bank locations, we have several other convenient options to suit your needs.
Withdrawal by ATM
Our Hybrid ATMs make it easy to withdraw money from your Heritage Bank accounts. You can withdraw cash 24 hours a day/7 days a week using your Heritage Bank Debit Card. If you don’t have a Heritage Bank debit card, select “Request Teller Assistance” during staffed hours to make a withdrawal. (Not available with Heritage Direct Savings and Jumbo Deposit Account)
Transfer by Online Banking
By logging into Online Banking you can transfer money using Popmoney. When you set up a transfer, the money goes directly into the recipient’s account usually within one to three business days, regardless of where the recipient banks.
Withdrawal by Transfer
Transferring money out of your account to a different checking account, whether it’s a Heritage Bank account or not, can be done a few different ways. You can use our Mobile App or Online Banking to transfer money between your Heritage Bank accounts. Using TransferNow, our bank-to-bank transfer service, you can transfer money electronically to your accounts at other banks.
Transfer by Telephone
We are happy to help you make a transfer of funds between your Heritage Bank accounts over the phone. You can call us at 800-344-7048 Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm CT.
Withdrawal by Wire Transfer
Wire transfers are available for larger dollar amounts. Please stop into one of our convenient locations to send money by wire transfer.
Federal banking laws limit electronic, telephone, and check transactions to a total of 6 per month from all savings and money market accounts. These limited transactions can be to other accounts or to a third party. If you go over the limit, you will be charged a fee. See account disclosures for details.
