First Time Users
Access to your Heritage Bank accounts through Online Banking takes just three easy steps:
- A four-digit password will be assigned to you by the bank. If you already have a password for Telephone Banking, use this password for your first-time log in. If you need a password, please call the bank between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday - Friday. For your security the CSR will ask a number of questions to confirm your identity before issuing a password.
- Click on the Sign Up Now button below, then click on the First Time User button at the top of the next page.
- Enter the required information. You will then be prompted to enter a new Access ID and password. Questions? Call the bank during business hours and a CSR will help you.
