We made changes to our processing procedures during the weekend of September 21-22, 2013. As a result of these changes, if you want to continue to pull your transactions into Quicken and QuickBooks you'll need to take action to ensure a smooth transition.
If you currently export your transactions from Heritage Bank's web site and import them into your Intuit software, you'll need to complete an account deactivation and reactivation process in your software on or after September 23, 2013.
Web Connect Users: During the reactivation process, you may eliminate or minimize downloading duplicate transactions by setting a proper date range. If you do have duplicates, you'll need to manually delete them.
Express Web Connect
If you currently get your transactions pulled directly into your Intuit software without visiting the bank's web site, you'll need to complete an account deactivation and reactivation process on or after September 26, 2013.
Express Web Connect Users: After the reactivation process is complete, you will have up to 90 days of duplicate transactions. You will need to manually delete the duplicates.
