Pre-Application Checklist

Items needed for all application types:

• Social Security numbers and birth dates of all borrowers
• 24 month personal residence history
• 24 month employment history including name, address and phone number of employers
• Copies of pay stubs for last 60 days
• Copies of W-2 forms for last 2 years
• Bank statements and/or quarterly investment statements for the most recent 3 months
• Any other additional income you wish to include on your application (i.e., child support or alimony)
• Homeowner's insurance information

Miscellaneous items if applicable:

• Pension and Social Security award letter
• Divorce Decree
• Tax returns for rental or investment income
• Bankruptcy papers – all pages including filing and discharge
• Landlord contact information including name, address and phone number

Purchase:

• Address of the property you are purchasing
• Purchase Agreement, Addendum and Disclosure signed by both seller and buyer

Refinancing:

• Address of the property you are refinancing
• How home currently titled

Self-Employed:

• Copies of tax returns (personal and business) for last 2 years
